We ask the estate agencies and developers we work with what is currently available, including relevant properties that may be shared privately before they are publicly advertised.
We compare the options against your priorities and prepare a shortlist. If you want to view or discuss a property, we introduce you to the estate agency that holds it.

Estate agencies are an essential part of the buying process because they hold the listings and arrange the viewings. Find Marbella’s role is different: we help the buyer search across several sources before deciding which properties and agencies to engage with.

No estate agency or property finder sees the entire Marbella market. Our advantage is that we can ask across several agencies and developers from one buyer brief, rather than limiting the search to a single agency’s stock.

The property search is free for buyers. If you buy a property following an introduction from Find Marbella, the estate agency holding the property pays us a referral fee from its commission.
You do not pay Find Marbella, and we do not add anything to the property price.

No. Nobody has access to every property in Marbella. We search across the agencies and developers we work with, including relevant properties shared privately, but we cannot access properties that have not been shared with us.
Yes. Buyers do not pay Find Marbella for the property search. If a purchase completes following an introduction, the estate agency holding the property pays us a referral fee from its commission.
No. Off-market availability depends on what owners, agencies and developers choose to share. We include privately shared properties when they match the brief, but we cannot guarantee that one will be available.
No. Find Marbella remains your point of contact while we prepare the shortlist. We only introduce you to an estate agency when you want to discuss or view a specific property.
We aim to review your brief and reply within 24 hours. If the budget, area and requirements do not currently match, we will explain the issue and suggest realistic alternatives.
No. Buyers should use independent legal, tax and mortgage professionals. We can point you towards independent specialists, but Find Marbella does not provide this advice.
