Find Marbella is a property finder for Marbella and the Costa del Sol, working for the buyer rather than the seller. You send one brief with your area, budget and timeline. We take it to the agencies and developers we work with, including properties shared privately before they reach the portals, and reply within 24 hours with a shortlist and a short note on why each property is on it. If you want to view one, we introduce you to the agent who holds it.
The service is free for buyers. We are paid by the estate agencies we work with, never by you, and nothing is added to the price you pay for a property.
We are not an estate agency. We do not own listings, we do not represent sellers, and we do not charge buyers.
