What Find Marbella is
Find Marbella is a buyer-side property search service for Marbella and the Costa del Sol. You send one written brief with your preferred areas, budget, timeline and priorities.
We take the brief to the estate agencies and developers we work with, compare the available options and return a focused shortlist with a short explanation of why each property may fit.
Find Marbella is not an estate agency. We do not own listings and we do not represent sellers. If you want to view a property, we introduce you to the estate agency that holds it.
The service is free for buyers. If a purchase completes after an introduction, the estate agency pays Find Marbella a referral fee from its commission.

Prices, availability and buying speed also vary considerably between areas, property types and conditions. A beachfront apartment, a golf villa and a gated country estate should not be compared as if they belong to the same market.
