Cookie policy

This site does not set any advertising or tracking cookies, and nothing non-essential is stored on your device. Under Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 consent is required to store or access information on a user's equipment. We do not do that, so we do not ask.

Both are strictly necessary for the site to work and to stay secure. They carry no advertising identifier and are not used to build a profile of you.

We measure how many people visit the site and which pages they read, using Ahrefs Web Analytics and the analytics built into our hosting platform.

Neither sets a cookie and neither writes anything to your browser storage. They record the page requested, the referring page, and technical details your browser sends with any request, including your IP address and browser type. This is processed to produce aggregate visitor counts. We do not use it to identify you or to follow you across other websites.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can object at any time by emailing hello@findmarbella.com.
