Find Marbella is a buyer-side property search service founded by Reshad and operated with his partner, Santiago Rodriguez.
Based on Avenida Ricardo Soriano in Marbella, we help buyers explain what they are looking for once. We then ask the estate agencies and developers we work with what is currently available and compare the relevant options against the buyer's brief.
We are not an estate agency. We do not own listings or represent sellers.

Founder
Reshad is an entrepreneur with an international background. Alongside Find Marbella, he owns a marketing agency and has experience working with clients across different markets, including Dubai, London and Marbella.
His role at Find Marbella is to understand the buyer's brief, organise the search and keep communication clear throughout the initial property-selection process.
Partner
Santiago Rodriguez is Reshad's partner in Find Marbella and also comes from an international background.
He supports the buyer-search process, communication with the agencies and developers Find Marbella works with, and the comparison of available options against the buyer's priorities.
Find Marbella is based on Avenida Ricardo Soriano in central Marbella, while the professional backgrounds behind the business extend beyond the Costa del Sol.
Reshad and Santiago Rodriguez have experience communicating and working across international markets, with clients connected to places including Dubai, London and Marbella. This helps the team understand that an international property buyer may be comparing different countries, processes, expectations and ways of communicating.

We use these languages for ordinary communication about a buyer's requirements and property search. Find Marbella does not provide certified translation, legal interpretation or sworn translation services.

We ask what is currently available and compare the relevant options against your brief. This can include properties shared privately when they are available, but privately shared properties cannot be guaranteed.
We return relevant options or honest market feedback. We only introduce you to the estate agency holding a property when you want an introduction.

The buyer is not invoiced by Find Marbella for the property-search service.
If a buyer completes a purchase following an introduction made by Find Marbella, the estate agency holding the property pays Find Marbella a referral fee from its commission.
This is a commercial referral relationship. It does not make Find Marbella the buyer's lawyer, financial adviser or formal representative in the transaction. Buyers should use an independent lawyer and obtain specialist tax, mortgage, survey and technical advice where relevant.
